Design and Looks
Clamshell phones in general are very stylish though not very robust. However, the 2760 boasts a sturdy design that still maintains the compact charm of the clamshell. The phone is also very light-weight and comes in attractive two-tone colour schemes including Velvet Red, Navy Blue, Sandy Gold, Smoky Grey and Metallic Black.
The outer shell looks quite plain and sports only two noticeable features; the VGA camera and the external display. The external display is monochromatic with a blue back-lighting and displays important information such as the current time and caller ID.
The keypad is revealed when you open the flap; it is made out synthetic rubber and is very text friendly despite being almost flat. It is of a single unbroken format and offers great touch orientation because each key is slightly raised. The soft keys, call-end keys too are very comfortable to use and should pose no problems. The D-pad is also sufficiently large and comfortable to use. The confirming center is both large and exhibits high tactile response. It really is a marvel that a phone of this form factor possesses such a user-friendly keypad.
Its VGA camera lets users capture videos albeit low quality. The phone lets users check mails on the go. Like most clamshells, it also features a second mono display on the front cover that can be used to display time.
